This document establishes the terms and conditions for using the meidi.ro website and for purchasing products sold through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

1. Seller Identification

• Seller – Meidi Packing SRL, which administers the meidi.ro website.
• Client / Buyer – the natural or legal person placing an order on the website.
• Products – packaging and items displayed for sale on the website.
• Order – the electronic document through which the Client expresses their intention to purchase Products.
• Customized Product – a product made according to the Client's specifications (e.g., logo printing, custom message, size, or color).

3. Products, Prices, and Availability

All prices are expressed in RON (Romanian Lei) and include VAT, unless otherwise specified. Prices may be changed at any time, without prior notice, but changes do not affect already confirmed orders. Product images are for informational purposes only; there may be slight differences in shade or size from the actual product, depending on the batch and screen settings. Product availability is shown as an estimate; in case of stock depletion after placing the order, we will contact you for a solution.

4. Placing an Order

An order is considered registered upon completion of the checkout process. You will receive an email confirming receipt of the order. The contract between the parties is considered concluded when the Client receives the shipping confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order in case of: incomplete/incorrect data, inability to fulfill the order, suspicion of fraud, or obvious pricing errors.

5. Payment Methods

• Online card payment, through the secure payment processor;
• Cash on delivery, where available;
• Bank transfer (especially for B2B clients, based on a proforma invoice).

6. Delivery

Product delivery and estimated delivery times are detailed on the Delivery page. The risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the Client upon receipt of the package.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Natural person Clients benefit from the right to withdraw from the contract, according to GEO 34/2014, under the conditions detailed on the Return Policy page.

8. Guarantees and Conformity

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity according to Law 449/2003 and GEO 140/2021. In case of a non-compliant or defective product, the Client has the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or reimbursement of the amount, under the law.

9. Intellectual Property

The entire content of the site (texts, images, logos, graphics) is the property of Meidi Packing SRL or its partners and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without the Seller's written consent is prohibited.

10. Processing of Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Details can be found on the Privacy Policy and GDPR pages.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for non-performance of obligations caused by force majeure events (calamities, strikes, legal restrictions, courier service interruptions, etc.).

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved amicably. Otherwise, the Client may contact: the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) – anpc.ro; Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities – anpc.ro/ce-este-sal; or the European ODR platform – ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Final Provisions

The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the site on the date the order is placed. The contract is governed by Romanian law.
