Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum quantity starts from 20 pieces per product for standard wholesale orders. For customized products, the MOQ may vary depending on the type of customization — we will tell you exactly in the quote.

Do you offer better prices for large quantities?
Yes. The price decreases as the ordered quantity increases. Request a quote and you will receive the exact wholesale price for your volume.

Can I customize the packaging with my logo?
Yes. We create packaging printed with your brand logo and identity — custom colors, shapes, and finishes upon request.

Do you deliver throughout Romania?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. The exact delivery time will be provided in the quote.

How do I pay as a company?
We issue an invoice to your company, and payment is made by bank transfer, based on a proforma invoice.

How long does a customized order take?
It depends on the type of customization and quantity; the production time will be clearly communicated in the quote before confirmation.
