Orders
How do I place an order?
Add the desired products to your cart, access the cart, and follow the checkout steps. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing the order.
Can I order in bulk (B2B)?
Yes! For large or recurring orders, we offer special conditions. See B2B Policy or request a quote through the Request a Quote page.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible at comenzi@meidi.ro. If the order has not yet entered production or shipping, we can modify or cancel it.
Customization
Can I customize the packaging with my logo?
Absolutely. This is our specialty. We print packaging with your brand's logo and identity. See the Customization page for details.
How long does it take to produce custom products?
Typically between 5 and 15 business days, depending on complexity and quantity. The exact deadline will be communicated to you upon offer confirmation.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
In-stock products are delivered within 1–3 business days, and customized products within 5–15 business days. Full details on the Delivery page.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost is calculated automatically at checkout, based on weight and dimensions. For large orders, we can offer free shipping or include it in the quote.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, by appointment, from our showroom. See Showroom.
Returns & Payments
Can I return a product?
In-stock, non-customized products can be returned within 14 business days. Customized products with a logo cannot be returned (except for defects). Details in the Return Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online card, cash on delivery, and bank transfer / payment order for B2B customers.
When do I get my money back in case of a return?
Within 14 days at most from receiving your withdrawal decision, using the same payment method as for the order.
